We want to make the delivery process as simple as possible for you.

Furniture is generally delivered in direct Shipping to your door – items ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS – items generally deliver within 10 days of after processing time.

In most cases, delays will only be a few days, but some items could take longer. We are doing everything we can to get your orders shipped and returns processed as quickly as possible. We are grateful for your support, and we appreciate you bearing with us during this time.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sat-Sun) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Standard shipping take approximately 10 business days to arrive.

Direct Shipments
Direct shipments deliver to you similar to how all of the general UPS, USPS and Fedex shipments arrive. You will receive tracking when the items ship.

25% of total order if total order > 36.01$
9$ if total order < 36.01$ or total order = 36.01$

U.S. Tax Rates

Tax: 12% of total orders

If you haven’t received your order after 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How will I know when my items are arriving?

You will receive an email tracking notification 2 to 3 days after your order has been delivered to the carrier.

Is rush delivery available?

Your order is important to us. We will do everything we can to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. There is no need for extra shipping or rush shipping fees. It is our duty to rush this out for you – as quickly as your delicate item can safely arrive.

Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?

P.O. Box delivery is not available.

Do you deliver to my area?

We are currently only able to process orders for the USA. Apologies to our non-US followers and fans.

My charge disappeared from my bank. Was my order cancelled?

At the time of your order we run a temporary hold on the card, which seems like a pending charge, which then disappears. We do not bill the card until the order is ready to ship from the Furniturezstore’s warehouse.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We guarantee orders to arrive in new condition, undamaged. If there is damage upon arrival, please reach out to our friendly care department for assistance.

Until when can I cancel my order?

As long as the order has not shipped from the Furniturezstore, you can cancel with no fees. Please note – there can be a 1-2 business day shipping time where orders are preparing to ship, and we cannot cancel the order, even though we have not yet updated the order as shipped.

Will I be called to schedule a delivery?

Orders will receive tracking, please track it to see delivery schedules.

Do I need to be home for deliveries?

You will need to track them and based on the type of shipment, if an appointment is set, you will need to be home.
